Deduction of amt not activating any download

To day when I was checking prepaid balance I was shocked to know that Rs.3 have been deducted. When I enquired with your CSD, informed that Rs.3/- has been deducted due to download of liveairtel on 10/6 at 3.00 pm. I have not download anything. If I had done so, definitely I wld hv recd ur service reply. when it is not so, how you people fair to do so. This is occured second time. Pl take up the matter and refund the amt. Your service is deteriorating in the near future. Look on!
