No GPRS connection while roaming

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have tried my best to find a solution to my problem through Airtel GPRS Helpline but it is of no use, they always say that everything is okay from their side. My problem is that whenever i leave my state i.e WB my GPRS stops working and a message saying "Packet data connection not available" pops up whenever i try to connect to internet through Airtel GPRS (i.e Mobile Office). I am using Samsung Galaxy Fit (S5670) as my handset. Its OS is Android Froyo, connection to data while roaming is activated in my handset menu. I have also tried it with nokia E5-00 handset but the problem persisted. My mobile number is 919933559759.

Please find me a proper solution as early as possible.
