Threatening calls to self and family by recovery agents

Me and my friends and relatives are being threatened to be dragged to the court if the outstanding bill is not paid. I understand that the bill needs to be paid but there is a certain way of dealing with things. I would like ot make it very clear to airtel and anyone related to it... I AM NOT PAYING ANY OF THE PEOPLE ANY MONEY, I WILL ONLY AND ONLY PAY TO THE AUTHORIZED AIRTEL KIOSKS"
