Port problem with airtel

Hai, i am facing problem with airtel prepaid karnataka circle, my number is 9448109719 i am using bsnl since last 8 years ago but now i port (send all necesery documents to airtel) with airtel last 4 months ago, no problem upto last week, but now my connection is deactivated from airtel no incomeing & out going i am conact with cus care several times they says incorrect documents so disconected, but i send 3 times for documnets but no solve from airtel please help to save my number to use i want it, & solve this airtel worst services please contact me 9741808974
