Poor Network Coverage

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have raised several complaints relating to poor network coverage in the area of Trimulgherry, Hyderabad for the past one year. There is no action being taken by the Airtel Team till date.

I have specifically written to Appellate authorities, Nodal Officers, Customer Care Dept etc. The Answer I am being told is that the poor network coverage is due to several reasons like Topology, Climate etc.

But I would like to bring it to their notice again that if that is the case then there should be no signal through out. But in my case i am facing a signal variation from high to low within in seconds causing call drops and annoying customers.

I would like the concerned authorities to take necessary action at the earliest.
