Fake bills and contuing the postpaid connection despite the application for discontinuing

I had applied to discontue my mobile services by paying the bill of 2650 on 4th nov for my postpaid 2 nos at cuttack odisha. ur company discontued one of my no and contued billing with the other mobile. now giving fake bills for last 4 months which i have not used.

above all you are giving threatening calls at odd hours to me and my family members who are already heart patients.i will go to the cyber crime deptt against this fake call tomorrow and i will go to consumer court to cancel the license to your deptt.

kindly help me regarding this matte
