Ill payment for May

I had paid the dues of my Land line no 4012754 on 22nd May (Cash Recipet no 8687 dt 22/5 for Rs 750/- ) at Sanchi Infotel Shop no 5C/91 NIT Faridabad Mob no 9971360005).

I was given a manual reciept since the systems of Airtel were down. For last 15 days I am being regularly being called by the Airtel officer for clearing my dues.

When I approached the Owner of Sanchi Infotel I was told that due to oversight the payment has been made to another no 4012759 & the complaint has been lodged with Airtel. Within next few days the reversal willbe done & credited to your land line no (4012754).

Till date I am getting regular calls for bill payment & now my outgoing calls have also been stopped.

Although again the complaint has been lodged for the second tme (ref no 47738458) I am still getting calls from Airtel officer.

Request for reversal of amount immediately & restoring the land line immediately.
