Arrogant behaviour of Airtel Relationship Center Office

Dear Sir,

I have gone to the Airtel Relationship Center at Begumpet (Address - No1, White House, 6-3-1192/1/1, Kundan Bagh, Begumpet, Hyderabad 500016), to resolve a few pending issues with my mobile number. The lady whom I spoke seemed to be unaware of what to do and when I suggested her to register a complaint, she said there was no power. When I spoke to the in-charge of this center, one Mr. Vijay (I think his full name is Vijay Sankar), he was very rude and arrogant in his behaviour. To my gentle question whether they did not have any backup option for power outage, he replied me to ask the government to resolve the their power outage. He was totally in a belligerent mood towards me as if I was asking any favour from him. This man does not seem to know the basics of customer relationship that customer is the king (even if customer is not treated as a king, he needs to be treated at least decently so that he will have a goodwill with the company).

I request the company to take necessary actions against this employee and necessary steps to avoid this kind of rude employees in future.
