Dear Team,

My mobile number is 9791334838.While the mobile number portablity was introduced i gave the request to mobile number portability. At that time a representative form airtel and requested me to cancel the mobile number portability by giving me a new offer what is that is my call rates will be airtel to airtel 10 paise and other mobiles 30 paise and per day 100 sms free but i will be charged Rs.1 per day for six months after that i can avail the sme plan with out any cost i also accepted the plan and cancelled the request of mobile portability. That scheme got activated and i was enjoying the scheme. But today i was charged .30 paise per min. So i called the customer care (198) a guy paicked the call his name is ashok. I told my problem to him but now he is telling now that i am not elegible for that scheme. He didnt answer me properly. This is not the way to handle the customer. Why they are doing like this. They need to keep their words. Kindly help me to get back my plan which will help them to keep their promise.
