Hi,

We boought this SIM as we were travelling to USA to visit my son. This no is in name of Kausar Begum purchase from your Greater noida dealer. It has been told that this will start working after 1 day.

I reached USA this doesn't work in Kuwait and neither in newyork.

And i can only be able to make outgoing calls. But not being able to receive any incoming call.

Tried to call Customer care serval time and that is also of no use.

The service provided by Airtel is not up to the standard.

I am escalating this issue to nodal office and to higher management but no result till now.
