Dead after collecting money

I wish to get a airtel Broadband connections. I called up them and gave all my documents & cheque for Rs 899 on June 5. They had my cheque clearance on the next day (superfast). Still they didn't get back to me. Are they all Dead.?

what is happening. why they have very poor communication.

All I have got now is juat Customer form number 1190028.
