IN BRIEF AIRTEL SUCKS,

Airel is known as india's best network and it is true that their voice and sms service is the best but they have the most shittiest customer service ever, Especially the customer relationship center "AIRWAVE COMMUNICATION CENTER" in porur is the height of being the most shittiest and worst service ever! they operate with agents who are sluggish, irresponsible, careless people in the earth... there is many numbers to reach them but they will not answer the call! anyway i decided to give up because AIRTEL DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS ANYMORE AND NO DOUBT THEY WILL GO DOWN SOON... at the same instance i went to VODAFONE STORE in same locality, they have a better outlet, good respective people, who listen, understand and they really help people! i have migrated to VODAFONE i am sure most of them visiting this service center in porur will surely do the same as me! i feel shame for being loyal Cx to airtel.
