This is the second time I am registering this complaint on this forum

My name is Dirar. I am from Kerala. I have been an Airtel pre-paid customer for years but as recently their telecommunication network coverage has become very poor in my area I want to port my number (9995599193) to some other service provider and for this purpose I have been sending porting requests to Airtel in the prescribed format (PORTnumber to 1900) for a month now.

I have already sent them about 11 porting requests but they don't let me port my number to any other service providers, worse still, they don't take my call when I call their customer care numbers

please help me
