Airtel not releaving service for my number (mnp)

I am not satisfied with airtel service, so I wanted to change service provider for my number under mnp facility. I requested for port number from airtel on 13 june and I got that and same day I applied in tata. I happened around 11 days back and it should take max of 7 days, when I am calling to airtel customer care they are not responding correctly and not releaving my number form airtel service.
