REGARDING PRI LINE 0522-4158300

DEAR SIR,

We had an Airtel Connection With 30 PRI Lines. We needed that time (Feb) to 16 extensions (PRI) and now we need 5 more Airtel extensions (PRI). I spoke to AIRTEL manager about the connections but he was no right answer. We need 5 new extensions lines. But there is no solution to my problem yet. When the connection was promised us when we need you 30 extension lines without any charge. But now he has the promise of what you are saying and make it move at its own cost. We lodge our complained on dt 15/06 with REF. NO. 47681284 to AIRTEL but No action has yet been received. Please bless us to have received a diagnosis of our problem.
