Special Five Plan Not working

Hi,

I have a Airtel Kerala prepaid Number 9961749467. I have activated Special 5 Plan but when i call the numbers registered in this plan Airtel is Charging me the normal rate call rate is not getting reduced. I tried calling the Customer Care once they told they will connect to technical team then call went dead. After that when ever i try to call Customer care there is no option to talk to Customer care executive. Airtel is barring my number from talking to there representative. This is happening when ever i try to raise any Complaints.
