My Name is SHIVANI KOHLI, having mobile number 9915315289 of AIRTEL operator. I’m frustrated by there service. They Deduct my balance by Rs30/- around 2:15pm of 26 June. I’d called customer care several times regarding this problem but its useless, they were unable to help or may be they are not taking it that serious. I’d suffered from this kind of problem many times before. Around rs60/- to rs70/- my balance was deducted. They are unable to find the basic cause of this deduction although they are saying its due to internet surfing, but on 26 June I was attending my exam so during that period of time my cell was on offine mode. My complaint number is CBDCC 30626547873, but without any action. Recent Sunday I called up again regarding my problem and there was no response. Today 27 June I called up again and customer care executive INDER attended, she said this call is to be transferred to next department so she put me on hold. I waited and waited for 15-20 minutes. But again no response as usual. Customer SATISFACTION must be their motto. I just wanna get rid out of this trouble.
