Not rectifing the network problem since last one year even aftr many complains

Sir,

more than a year i am giving complain regarding the network service to air tel customer care, nodal office but there is only false promise to rectify the problem. I got a BSNL will phone, but before one year they changed the code number, from that day onwards i am not able to connect to bsnl will phone from my airtel mobile number which was working fine before the code was changed. Even i talk to Bsnl people but they told me tell airtel people to give the network connection. My mobile number is -9840458415 and my bsnl will phone number is 06725-211139.please do the necessary. Thank you.
