Unauthorized deduction of Airtel Radio Service

Airtel is deducting Rs. 30/- since last 2 months for its Airtel Radio Service which I never activated. My mobile no. is 09550883730. I am trying to contact the customer care but I was never able to reach them. This is really frustrating. Please help.
