Airtel Data offer not working

Dear Sir/Ma'am

I have bought an Aitel SIM on 26/06.As per your data plan in Nokia C3 we will get 2 GB Data for 6 months with this mobile. Now my no.8292342212 is active since 3 days in my mobile. But still the offer is not active. As per Nokia, we just have to insert the SIM in mobile and the offer will start to work. But through this procedure nothing worked.

Please sort out the problem fast as my offer days are getting less from the 6 months.
