Deduction of 20 rs in the main account

I download the song from hungama.com that is free but without any reason airtel deduct my 20 rs. I try to contact customer care no. But they didn't answer my call. Airtel deduct my balance so many times without any reason and didn't refund. So kindly request to refund my balance as soon as possible.
