Unable to contact Customer Care

Sir,

My name is Animesh and my no. is 8953514735. I am unable to contact any customer care through 121, 198 or 12118. The call connects only one in a thousand times. Whenever i tried to call a customer care and finally press 1, the machine gives me info on *121# and call then disconnects automaticaly. I always receive an sms with info on *121# just after the call disconnection. I also loadged a complain before when i accidentaly get connected to the customer care, but my problem is still unresolved. Please resolve it immediately.
