Problem in Landline

Dear Sir, this is to bring to your kind attention that we are user of Broad Band connection and also basic phone whose number is 05224069564 in the name of Mr Naveen Sachdeva.

From 1 week the landline is not working, for which numerous complaints have been registered with local authorities but there is no positive response from there side and no one has still visited our organization to resolve our problem. We are not defaulters and are paying our due amount regularly. I hope you will take my problem forward and get the complaint resolved as due to which we are facing financial as well as mental problems as this phone number is associated with out academy.
