Very poor service

I am an unfortunate customer of Airtel. I have a prepaid airtel mobile connection from the state of AP. i had activated a service called 'Special 5' while i was in the state. Right now Airtel fails to get that service cancelled in my mobile connection and they are charging Rs. 1 per day for a service i do not want. i have called their customer service in vain several times. i have written mails to their customer service as well, i have asked my friends having an Airtel connection to do the same for me. All of these efforts are just in vain.
In short the complaint is that, Airtel is charging me for a service i do not want, and they fail to give me an option of cancelling it. Poor responses for the mails and from customer care, where mostly the call gets disconnected abruptly.
