Do not disturb service

Dear Sir/ Madam

i have activated do not disturb service on my AIRTEL no. 9818554427 still i was getting the sms on my number for which i complained to customer care. they said that my complaint will be solved by 16 june by 6 p.m (complaint no. CDRGB30606265754)

but it was not solved by due date . i again made a complaint om 18 june (complaint no. 265754) and they said it will be solved in next 48 hours but it was not solved again.

i have given them the third reminder (complaint no. 265754) still it was not solved.

on my 4th and last reminder customer care transfered my line to their senior officials and i have given them the full details of the sms and mr. harpreet sandhu promised me that my problem will be solved by 1st july by 1.30 p.m and still it has not been solved.

inspite of giving 4 reminders and the full details of the sms customer care is not willing to help and till date i am getiing the messages of builders and sauna belts.

i am waiting for your help and guidance
