Promise scheme not activate

On 10th june i applied for no. portability of mobile no. 9810968321 of deepak dhyani.on 12th june at 1.15 pm, a call from customer care came, customer care person request me to continue this airtel service & on compromise he offer a scheme i.e .10 paisa for all airtel local calls & .30 paisa for other & .50 paisa for std. now today at 6th july this scheme still not activate, i use this no for above 12-13 years as i am a very old consumer of this company then why this company don't care these valuable consumers as well as in some area the network service is very poor.my complaint no is CBNRA20622793610.this company shoulld solve my complaint
