Wrong deduction of balance of 239 rs

Myself rahul gupta, the custumour of airtel, about 4 months ago airtel commits me that they give me 2 gb per month internet servire free of cost for 6 months. But on 9-7 at 11:45 i worked on internet and my balance of rs 239 was deducted from my account while i have free internet that time... I complained about thir but there is no any response...
