MNP Delay

I have registered for MNP PORTABLITY ON 24/06. i have submitted an application and my correct id proof to tata docomo. But my request has been rejected from airtel for unkwon reasons. when i am calling to airtel customer care (on 05/07) they asked me to wait for 2 days and my problems will be cleared. But they dont. Again i called on 08/07 again they asked me to wait for 3 days. But still now they didnt solve my problem. Now calling to customer care form my number is not working. i dont know what to do.
