PORTING NOT HAPPENING

Sir,

Time and again Airtel proves to be one of the worst service providers in India. I had easily ported my IDEA no 91 9844503314 to Airtel without any difficulty. Now since I am not happy with their services, I opted for porting to Tata Docomo. I gave the application on 25th April... for some reason or the other Airtel never stoped their service. I called the customer care they said some services are active and asked me to use RC12. I did that. Then they told me to get a new UPN and promised that they will do the porting on 7th July. Today it is 11th July and the porting has never happened.

Airtel guys are crasy. When someone is not happy with your services u should let them go. But these useless guys give all kinds of tensions to the customers. Every time I go to their Koramangala center I hear someone shouts at there.

If the concerned people in Airtel take a little salt in their meals let them satisfy their customers. I am even thinking of just throwing the sim and start using a new one... Worst service provider ever.
