Unnecessary subscription of job s alert

Suddenly a got a message on my phone with airtel connection that i have been charged rs 3 for 3 days, for JOBS ALERT ON MY PHONE..and my phone was running in minus balance. I have no idea why they do these things to their long term customers..And the worst part is that when i call to customer care there is no care for customers other than singing their bullshit offers..I dont know whether this complaint will work or or but this has to be a serious concern.my number is 9831616349.
