Hutch co took 7 days to activate postpaid lines

I had taken 2 hutch connections from Dombivali west Hutch shop, viz 9920321979 & 9920431977 on 15 june. My verification was complete. My documents were submitted. TAT was given of 72 hrs.
However since last 7 days those lines are not yet activated. Called hutch care says contact gallery. Contacted gallery on 20/07 again it was assured it will take 2 days doc is incomplete again submitted the same but till date its not yet activated.
Plz advice smb!
