I have airtel prepaid 981356156 on 13/7 & 14/07 it has been wrongly deducted by rs 20.00 as it was having previously rs 1082.19 and now we have rs after asking customer care about this they have no response.

Customer care se mujhe reply mila aap 198 toll free complane number me cal kijiye or fir 198 se reply mila maine 2 local sms kiye the 9830936658 jo ki vodafone kolkata ka number he mujhe jankari di gaye aap ne 9830936658 number international number me sms kiya he jabki ye number mere client ka he or oh mere pass kolkata at howrah me hi rahte he.

Agar local sms 5 rs/ or local call rate 10/- ho tab kya ye yekin karne layek he
