Charging for Incoming Message & Missed calls

Sir,

I'm using Airtel Prepaid No: 9952318849. They are charging Rs.3.00 for every incoming message and also charging Rs.3.00 for missed calls given from my mobile to other nos. They have taken around 60 Rs in the above said way. Unable to reach customer care through 121. They cheated me by taking Rs.3.00 on each and every offer sms sent from Airtel.

I have applied for mobile portability.
