i am having airtel connection since long pd my previus no is belongs to assam and rajasthan as i am in transferable govt job . that place airtel provides very good service . but in bangalore airtel service is worst . they started so many unwanted services without informing to consumer as so my friends facing this problem.

on my no 7259825651 they started message from 549490002 @ Rs. 2/- per day without my wish. i have send message and try to contact customer care thousand time but cc is not responding and after 1 or 2 ring it is disconnected automatically. and message rely god only understand.

i am sending this complaint TRAI also.
