Airtel Talkies activated in my number but i cant deactivated that

In my airtel sim one value added service (airtel talkies) activated automatically. but i cant deactivated that service. i did call to customer care many times, they replied that service will deactivate with in 24 hours. i wait 5 days. that not deactivated.
