Money deduction from blance without cosumer interest

I am a customer of airtel telrservices.of i really get harashed of it because of it's totally non responsible service.it alues dedut spme amount from my account on the name of vlue added service. but i am not interested in any type of vas so i never used to activate .i don't know why they activate service with there interest and deducted money with a thanku note .today 27-07 also they activate on of such service and deduted 3 rupess.it's become there routine.even i m not able to talk to customer service.sir please these types of things are harashing consumers.
