I have activated my GPRS Rs.98 for 2GB plan in the month of September. I have got mail from Airtel Executive for confirming that. Airtel disconnect the service every 6months. Then I again activated it on Feb.

But this time Airtel people activated the plan with effective month from October instead of Feb.

I was under impression that my plan will lapse in August. But since it has been wrongly activated from October it got deactivated early. And I was charged heavy because of that.

1. How can you discontinue any plan without sending notification/ SMS to the user?? Without plan GPRS is very expensive and cost in 1000s.

2. Instead of sending multiple reminder for the same I am not getting response from the airtel.

I mailed at 121@in.airtel.com and also to CorporateCustomer. Care@in.airtel.com. But all in vain.

All above conversion was through mail.

Somebody please take a not on that and solev my issue.
