UNNECESSARY CHARGES

My name is anjum shaheen and i am using mobile no 9970136615 this service is provided by airtel and everyday they are deducting 1rs, 4rs, or 6rs without any reason and when i am complaining in customer care, they give me some stupid reason and disconnect the line .kindly take some action and do the need ful.
