Network Problem

My name is nishant singh. I have been facing network problem in my house since 3-4 years. I have tried emailing the airtel company about my problem but got no response. From what i googled and came to know is that some people were talking abt the company people installing a network booster. Can i approach or compel the company to do so. i live in a bungalow. In the ground floor there is no network at all. Many times the network goes away. Pls tell me wat to do.
