Charged sms as per international charges

Respected Sir,

I have got my post paid of airtel the bill for the period of 23rd Juneto 22nd July. My bill amount is 1565.

I detail of bill that airtel had charged 855/- for International SMS.

so that I already discussed to the airtel customer care executive and also inform to them by mail that all that sms numbers are Local or STD but not international and saved with "0". But The mobil numbers appear on the bill is "00" and charged as per international number.

And they were not agreed and pressurise me to pay the bill whichever they were generate. They are technicaly fault so that these all numbers are treated as international. why I should pay for it if they all are local or std and saved by me as adding only '0'.

please solved my problem positively and look into this matter personaly. so that I will not suffer by them.
