I have an Airtel Broadband connection since Jan in Noida. Since the last one month my internet is not working and has made my life miserable. I have raised innumerable number of complaints and everytime I raise one I get a reference number, the next day I get an sms saying that we at Airtel confirm the rectification and resolution of your complaint. Not once have I been contacted to check whether my broadband is working or not. This game is going on since the last month. An engineer in charge of this area calls up occasionally and says that he has rectified the problem and has the authority to close the issue without even confirming or checking with me. This is the pathetic situation here.
