Stop deducting money

Everyday since last 10 days, I am getting a message that Rs 5 has been deducted from my account because I have used some service: MultiContentStore on Airtel Live, which I haven't used ever. Despite calling customer care 4-5 times & registering complaint they haven't deactivated the service & keep deducting money. Now I am fed up of their excuses and I want the service to be deactivated for sure and my money to be refunded. My no.-8861631081
