Vas card loeded but not having benifit till after 15 days

Dear sir/mam

i am rohit nanda from jalandhar airtel customer from last 7-8 years aprox with moble no 9815293786 .i am faced a big hrrassment by airtel from last few days . i am recharge with 25 rs vas card (for free sms) on dated 25-07 after loded card racived confirmation msg from airtel that ur card is loded and also got free msg but on very next day i am charged for msg i complaint customer care for this but thay are helpless same day i mail to customer care as well as nodel officer that not even make a call to me after 3rd reminder i make a mail to apeel officer but after 12 days of making regular complaint i dont racive any call from them . these type of customer care are bad mark on any company . today on 6-08 i again loed a vas card but same things happen again . plz forwed my complain to everyone so thay beware from AIRTEL .
