About rogue calle

Dear sir,

for the last 14-15 days one call from the number 918400959292 comes on my mobile no.9931456954 and the caller speaks uncensored and filthy languages which can not be expressed in word. my brother contacted airtel customer care but i was told that customer care suggested him to lodge formal FIR. I want to know as to whether there is no other alternative except lodging complain to police. given the state of police thana in our country and the way they function, i don't think caller can be discouraged by this method. so, i would like to request u that kindly make certain arrangement at an earliest to get me rid of this rogue caller. he speaks so vulgar that any sensible and civilized person could hardly tolerate. hope something would be done by you and action shall be taken.
