Rs. 5 deduction for FHM service

I m getting charged Rs. 5 for FHM@5 service per day without using it. I tried calling Airtel customer care for complaint but the executive responded that it is from my side. Now I don't know how to stop it because there are no such settings stored or any app installed. Please stop this service as soon as possible. This is really unacceptable.
