Deduction of Amount

Hello Sir/Madam

I am Airtel prepaid user from last around 3 years. I am now totally unhappy with Airtel, Every time i recharge my account after some time, My balance is deducted. Sometimes i got msg from something games site that i have subscribed games but it is not real. From last around 5 times, i have complaints to customer care and every time they told me that you have something subscribed, while i did"nt. Every time they stop every Value added services, but the condition is always same. They promise that they have stopped every VAS but again i recharge and the amount is deducted. Once i opted for MNP, then they call me and then told me that if you cancel MNP then we refund your money as well as decrease your call rate also, so i cancelled my MNP request but again they neither refunded nor they have removed VAS from my mobile no. The situation is same and now i decided not to recharge it and carry a additional mobile... It is little bit cumbersome but i have to do it... Plz take appropriate step towards such clever company. Really i am getting annoyed from this AIRTEL.
