SIM Card registration

My mob. no.is 9004275856. Very often there is a message "SIM card registration failed', and there is no signal. Moreover, I keep getting unwanted messages with deduction from the balance. I had earlier complained that such messages be stopped. Apparently The service provider does not bother about proper service. Both the above problems should be immediately addressed and rectified.
