Activation of services without my consent

I am unable to put it in words that how frustrating Airtel can be! I have been complaining about the automatic activation of cricket updates on my number 9602609665, but this hasn't stopped yet! I have lost so much of amount because of this service that airtel has imposed on me unilaterally. Although I got a response from their official email but it seems that the people in their customer care do not have appropriate knowledge. They would keep on saying that it won't happen but it happens every single time! They would only reimburse the money sometimes when I shout at them on phone but they do not have a permanent solution!

Once they reimburse, within few days this again happens and money gets deducted from my balance. This malpractise only suggests that Airtel is nothing but a bunch of cheaters!!
