Not working even after paying advance bill

Dear Sir / madam

I want to draw your attention towards the carelessness of such a big company "Airtel". We have 4 company's connection in which two are not working even after paying advance payment, no. are 45491147

& 45491148 . Employees are facing major problems as outgoing has barred on these two number. After making several compaints to airtel customer care, nodal office and appellate, nothing has resolved. Everytime customer care executive give some complaint no. and assurance to sort out the problem.
