UNFAIR DEDUCTION

Hi,

I have Airtel number 9631824817. Connection belongs to Jharkhand and I am roaming in West Bengal. I downloaded some application in my phone (Nokia E63). On that application page at the top and bottom some advertisement use to come.By mistake I clicked the ad (which was sudden) and without any further confirmation within a second I got information that 99 Rs. got deducted for downloading from Hungama. Few days before same thing happened with my Son in Law and customer care told they cant help for this. I want my amount back as i am not going to use this service anymore.
